Meditations in Glass and Space 

This photographic series documents the studio practice and creative world of designers Erlands and Baiba. Guided by meditative practice, Erlands approaches spaces and objects as expressions of harmonious existence, shaping work that reflects stillness, presence, and inner exploration. Alongside this, Baiba's glass practice merges traditional glassmaking techniques with her own distinctive methods, transforming hot glass into sensory forms rich in texture, light, and visual depth.

 

As a creative duo, their studio exists as a space where material, process, and way of being are deeply intertwined.
