By documenting nature-oriented celebrations, rituals, diverse collective practices, and personal stories, the film invites viewers to inspire a reconnection with the 'self', reminding us of the power of heritage in a rapidly changing world, delving into how these traditional practices have shaped the nation over thousands of years and exploring what it really means to belong.​
